General Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

In this context, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK Law").

1. Obtaining, Processing and Purposes of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for purposes such as conducting company activities, fulfilling legal requirements, security, marketing, customer relations, and meeting legal obligations.

• Identity information: Information from documents such as ID cards, passports
• Contact information: Phone number, address, e-mail
• Customer information: Information obtained within the scope of commercial relations
• Customer transaction information: Product/service usage records
• Physical space security information: Camera recordings, etc.
• Transaction security information: Technical data for conducting commercial activities
• Risk management information: Data for managing commercial and administrative risks

2. Sharing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with company affiliates, business partners, suppliers, public institutions and authorized private individuals in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law for the purposes stated above.

3. Destruction of Your Personal Data

Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK Law at the end of the periods determined by legislation or required by the nature of the work.

4. Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK Law:

• Learning whether your data is being processed
• Requesting information if it has been processed
• Learning domestic/international third parties
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data
• Requesting deletion or destruction of data
• Requesting notification to transferred third parties
• Objecting to results of automated analysis
• Requesting compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

A response will be given within 30 days at the latest from the date the request reaches our company. Additional information may be requested from the applicant if necessary. Also, if the response incurs costs, the fee determined by the KVKK Board may be charged.
